Job Description

Sales & Marketing of various home and gate automation products from the top brands in the electronic security industry.

  • Looking for a dynamic person who has the passion and creativity to provide customized solution to our clients.
  • Generating leads through cold calling, project follow-ups, reference through existing and prospective clients.
  • Customer requirement understanding and solution offering: Understand customer application needs for electronic security and offer appropriate (and best) solution in terms of right equipment, configuration and accessories selection.
  • Quotation, Presentation and Demonstration: Put across suitable financial offer in form of a quotation. Demonstration of the available products on and off site.
  • Negotiating and closing: negotiate offer to close the order within approved discount and other commercial terms like payment terms, delivery type etc as per company policies.
  • Regular planning and maintaining log of contacts, accounts, opportunities and committed projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and correct response. Make sure that the project is completed by planning for the installation by coordinating with the installation team.
  • Collect advance and all due payments from sales from customers.
  • Ensure good relation with key contacts of the customer, retain existing repeat order opportunities, cross sale and up-sale.
  • Manage a team of sales/marketing executives, scheduling and planning for sales activities.
  • Advertising through various media like print ads, social websites, company websites and search engines.
  • Maintain good relationship with the various suppliers, negotiate for good prices and order products on behalf of the company.
  • Very strong technical knowledge of the range of products that are offered by the company.

Skills:
Fluent in English language and excellent oral and written communications skills is a must. Excellent skills in MS-Office, Excel and Power Point. Creative & should be able to work independently.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: At least 3 years
Any experience in the electronic security will be advantageous.

Job Description

  • Attending sales and marketing enquiries (Both home and commercial clients) – cold calls, walk ins and telephonic.
  • Follow Up with prospective client for closing of the sale.
  • Convert enquiries in to the orders and completing the sale.
  • Taking part in various Events & Exhibitions.
  • Accompany with the client for site visit to get the requirements and suggest the client best possible solution.
  • Give on-site and off-site demonstration of various products based on the customer requirements.
  • Follow up for the payment.
  • Co-ordinate with the Installer & Client to make sure that the end customer is satisfied.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the electronic security products.
  • Negotiating good pricing from the suppliers, placing of orders and follow up.
  • Maintaining the company website, social websites and other means to generate new enquiries.

Skills:
Fluent in English language and excellent oral and written communications skills is a must. Excellent skills in MS-Office, Excel and Power Point. Creative & should be able to work independently.

Job Description

Technical support for various electronic security, home and gate automation products from the top brands in the electronic security industry.

  • Looking for a dynamic person who has the passion and creativity to provide support and service to our clients.
  • Onsite and offsite support to new and existing customers
  • Installation of equipment and accessories. Configuration of burglar alarms, video door phones, digital/network video recorders, gate automation, home automation, access control, WiFi, CCTV and other products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and correct response. Make sure that the project is completed by planning for the installation by coordinating.
  • Very strong technical knowledge of the range of products that are offered by the company.

Skills:
Fluent in English language and excellent oral and written communications skills. Should be able to work independently and also in a team.
Education: Any Graduate/ITI
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Any experience in the electronic security will be advantageous.
